Job summary

Skilled Trades Partners is hiring an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator in between Worcester and Boston. This is a great Long Term opportunity for steady work!

If you’re a skilled operator who takes pride in safe, quality work — we want to talk to you. You will operate excavators, skid steers, dozers, loaders, and backhoes, while following blueprints and grade stakes to ensure precise, safe results.

Qualifications

• 2A/1C Operator license is required or in place.
• Proven experience operating multiple types of heavy equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred, strong focus on safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate Heavy Equipment (Excavator, Skid Steers, Dozer, Loaders, Backhoes, etc.).
• Perform work on demolition, excavation, dredging, utility installation, and hardscaping projects.
• Read and interpret construction plans and grade stakes.
• Work safely and efficiently as part of a crew.
• Perform daily equipment inspections.
