Job summary

QPS Employment Group is seeking an Electromechanical Assembler for a Lakewood, CO employer. This contract position runs August 31 through year-end, with a potential to hire. You will assemble, test, troubleshoot, calibrate and package complex mechanical and electronic subassemblies, adhering to GMP and quality standards. Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least two years’ related experience.

Shift is 1st, 6:00am–2:30pm, Monday–Friday with some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; technical background preferred.
• At least two years of related experience.
• Knowledge of GMP compliance on the manufacturing floor.
• Ability to read tables, scales, graphs and charts.
• English language proficiency for business/regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Owns all aspects of processes including training, safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Assembles, tests, troubleshoots, calibrates and packages subassemblies.
• Maintains GMP compliance on the manufacturing floor.
• Supports problem solving with engineers and teams to maintain schedules.
• Performs quality control checks and documents records.
