Job summary

QPS Employment Group in Lakewood, CO is seeking a Spares Operator to join the team on a temporary basis through year-end. Wage is $21.88/hour with a 1st shift, 6:00am–2:30pm, Monday–Friday and some Saturdays.

No experience required; training provided to help you grow in a supportive environment. Responsibilities include MED verification, quality checks, assembling and packaging complex electromechanical devices, and lifting up to 50lbs.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills are required.
• Ability to use relevant computer software.
• Ability to read and comprehend manufacturing procedures and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform area clearance and verification of MEDs and execute checks on product.
• Maintain accountability for product and process quality levels and required documentation.
• Comply with guidelines (ISO, OSHA, GMPs) on the manufacturing floor.
• Participate in required quality, process, team and safety training.
• Alert leadership to coverage problems within a work cell or production area.
• Assemble, test, and package complex mechanical and electronic sub-assemblies.
