Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking contract Testing Psychologists to perform comprehensive psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults within our Neurodiversity Center of Excellence. You will support diagnostic clarity and treatment planning through psychoeducational evaluations.

This role emphasizes a data-driven, whole-person approach, collaboration with psychometrists and care teams, and the use of telehealth for remote testing alongside in-person sessions.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist in at least one state.
• PSYPACT authorized or PSYPACT eligible preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in psychological assessments with children, adolescents, or adults.
• Familiarity with evaluating complex behavioral health needs (e.g., ASD ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma).
• Expertise in psychological and psychoeducational assessment tools (e.g., BASC, Conners, ADOS, WAIS, WISC).
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and remote testing tools.
• Experience conducting testing virtually.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive psychological assessments to support diagnostic clarity, treatment planning, and intervention strategies.
• Administer, interpret, and integrate a wide variety of psychological test batteries (cognitive, emotional, behavioral, academic).
• Provide clear, evidence-based diagnostic impressions and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with psychometrists and assistants, overseeing test administration, scoring, and quality control.
• Deliver feedback through live in-person testing sessions and create feedback videos.
