Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking contracted Testing Psychologists to join its Lyra Clinic network. The role focuses on comprehensive psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults, with psychometric integration and diagnostic clarity.

Candidates will administer tests, interpret results, and provide actionable recommendations, delivering feedback in person or via telehealth. A flexible, independent practitioner with strong data practices is preferred.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Psychology from an American Psychological Association accredited program.
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist in at least one state.
• PSYPACT authorization or PSYPACT eligible preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in psychological assessments with children, adolescents, or adults.
• Familiarity with evaluating complex behavioral health needs (e.g., ASD ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma).
• Expertise in psychological and psychoeducational assessment tools (e.g., BASC, Conners, ADOS, WAIS, WISC).
• Effective therapeutic communication skills.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and remote testing tools.
• Experience conducting testing virtually.
• Ability to deliver care virtually or in person and within your own office space.
• Candidates must successfully pass a drug screen and background check for this opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive psychological assessments for diagnostic clarity.
• Administer, interpret, and integrate test batteries (cognitive, emotional, behavioral).
• Provide evidence-based diagnostic impressions and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with psychometrists and assistants; oversee testing quality.
• Deliver feedback through in-person testing and feedback videos.
• Ensure accuracy of testing data and reporting.
• Utilize telehealth platforms for remote assessments.
• Conduct intake interviews, testing, and live feedback sessions.
