Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking contracted Testing Psychologists for its Center of Excellence in Neurodiversity. You will conduct intake interviews and comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for children, adolescents, and adults, and provide actionable, evidence-based diagnostic impressions and recommendations.

Role supports remote and in-person testing, collaborates with a team of psychometrists, and offers flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in psychology from a recognized APA/CPA accredited program.
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist in at least one state.
• PSYPACT authorized or eligible preferred.
• 3+ years of psychological assessment experience with children, adolescents, or adults.
• Experience evaluating complex behavioral health needs (ASD, ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma).
• Proficiency with telehealth and remote testing tools.
• Experience conducting testing virtually.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake interviews and psychological evaluations for diverse age groups.
• Administer, interpret, and integrate a range of test batteries focusing on cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
• Provide evidence-based diagnostic impressions and tailored recommendations.
• Collaborate with psychometrists and assistants, overseeing test administration and quality control.
• Deliver feedback via videos or live sessions to communicate findings.
• Maintain accurate, comprehensive testing data and reporting.
• Utilize telehealth platforms for remote assessments and adapt testing for virtual delivery.
• Conduct testing sessions and feedback virtually or in person as indicated.
