Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking a contract Testing Psychologist to support the Center of Excellence for Neurodiversity, conducting intake interviews, neuropsychological assessments, and tailored care planning for ADHD, autism, and related learning differences. You will work with interdisciplinary teams to optimize diagnostic clarity and outcomes.

The role offers flexible remote and in-person delivery, independent scheduling, and collaboration with vetted psychometrists.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Psychology from an APA or CPA accredited program
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist in at least one state
• PSYPACT authorized or PSYPACT eligible preferred
• 3+ years of experience in psychological assessments with children, adolescents, or adults
• Familiarity with evaluating complex behavioral health needs (e.g., ASD, ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma)
• Expertise in psychological and psychoeducational assessment tools (e.g., BASC, Conners, WAIS, WISC)
• Effective therapeutic communication skills
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and remote testing tools
• Experience conducting testing virtually
• Ability to deliver care virtually or in person and within your own office space
• Background check clearance favorable

Responsibilities

• Work with patients of all ages and families, providing intake interviews and psychological evaluations
• Administer, interpret, and integrate a wide variety of psychological test batteries
• Provide clear, evidence-based diagnostic impressions and actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with psychometrists and assistants to oversee test administration, scoring, and quality control
• Deliver feedback through videos and live sessions to communicate findings
• Maintain a detailed, process-oriented approach for accurate testing data and reporting
• Utilize telehealth platforms for remote assessments and virtual testing
• Conduct intake interviews, testing sessions, and live feedback sessions, virtually or in person
