Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking contract Testing Psychologists to join its Center of Excellence for Neurodiversity. You will perform intake interviews, psychological assessments, and provide diagnostic impressions to support treatment planning across children to adults, delivered virtually or in-person.

You should hold a PhD or PsyD, be licensed in at least one state, and have 3+ years of experience with tools like WAIS, WISC; PSYPACT preferred.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA/CPA accredited program.
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist in at least one state.
• PSYPACT authorized or PSYPACT eligible preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in psychological assessments with children, adolescents, or adults.
• Experience with ASD/ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma.

Responsibilities

• Perform intake interviews and psychological evaluations to support diagnostic clarity.
• Administer, interpret, and integrate test batteries across cognitive, emotional, and behavioral domains.
• Provide diagnostic impressions and actionable recommendations tailored to needs.
• Collaborate with psychometrists and assist in test administration quality control.
• Deliver feedback through videos and live sessions to communicate findings.
