Job summary

Lyra is seeking contract Testing Psychologists for its Center of Excellence for Neurodiversity to conduct intake interviews and comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for children, adolescents, and adults.

You will administer and interpret test batteries (BASC, Conners, WAIS/WISC), provide diagnostic impressions and tailored recommendations, and collaborate with psychometrists. Remote and in-person testing options are available, with flexible scheduling and support from Lyra's care team.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Psychology from an APA/CPA-accredited program.
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist in at least one state.
• PSYPACT authorization or eligibility preferred.
• 3+ years of psychological Assessment experience for children, adolescents, or adults.
• Experience with complex behavioral health needs (ASD/ADHD/mood/anxiety/trauma).

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake interviews and psychological evaluations across age groups.
• Administer, interpret, and integrate diverse test batteries focusing on cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and academic functioning.
• Provide diagnostic impressions and tailored recommendations.
• Collaborate with psychometrists and assistants, oversee test administration, scoring, and quality control.
• Deliver clear feedback via videos and live sessions to communicate findings.
• Maintain rigorous testing data and reporting accuracy; ensure high-quality documentation.
• Utilize telehealth platforms for remote assessments and adapt testing for virtual delivery.
• Conduct testing virtually or in-person as indicated.
