Job summary

Lyra Clinical Associates seeks contract Testing Psychologists to perform intake interviews and comprehensive psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults. The role emphasizes data-driven insights, psychoeducational evaluations, and collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams.

The position supports remote and in-person testing, requires Licensure in at least one state, and PSYPACT eligibility.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from APA/CPA-accredited program.
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist in at least one U.S. state.
• PSYPACT authorized or eligible preferred.
• 3+ years of psychological assessment experience in children, adolescents, or adults.
• Experience evaluating complex behavioral health needs (ASD, ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma).

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake interviews and psychological evaluations for diverse age groups.
• Administer, interpret, and integrate a wide range of test batteries (cognitive, emotional, behavioral, academic).
• Provide diagnostic impressions and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with psychometrists and assistants; oversee test administration and scoring.
• Deliver clear feedback through videos and live sessions, communicating findings.
• Maintain accurate testing data and comprehensive reports.
• Utilize telehealth platforms for remote assessments and virtual delivery.
• Conduct intake interviews, testing sessions, and feedback sessions either remotely or in person.
