Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking a contract Testing Psychologist to support our Neurodiversity Center of Excellence, conducting comprehensive psychoeducational and psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults. You will leverage evidence-based tools and telehealth to inform diagnostic clarity and treatment planning.

Ideal candidates hold a doctorate in psychology, license in at least one state, PSYPACT eligibility, and 3+ years of assessment experience, with comfort delivering testing

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist in at least one state
• PSYPACT authorized or PSYPACT eligible preferred
• 3+ years of experience in psychological assessments
• Familiarity with evaluating complex behavioral health needs (e.g., ASD ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma)

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for diagnostic clarity and treatment planning
• Administer, interpret, and integrate a wide variety of psychological test batteries (cognitive, emotional, behavioral, academic)
• Provide clear diagnostic impressions and actionable recommendations tailored to the individual’s needs
• Collaborate with psychometrists and assistants, overseeing test administration, scoring and quality control
• Deliver compassionate feedback through live in-person testing sessions and feedback videos
• Maintain a detail-oriented, process-focused approach to ensure data accuracy and comprehensive reporting
• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively for remote assessments and adapt testing for virtual delivery
• Conduct intake interviews, testing sessions, and live feedback sessions in person when indicated
