Evaluate candidates against the tasks to verify relevant experience, not just titles or keywords.
Structure the interview with questions that confirm demonstrated experience with the tasks and outcomes.
Screen out fraud by interviewing every candidate to confirm identity, real experience, and avoid proxy or scripted responses.
Present candidates quickly with concise, evidence-backed write-ups for hiring managers.
