Job summary

Parachute Health is seeking a Contract Technical Recruiter to support our Recruiting and Hiring team, focusing on engineering and product roles. This contract role is 32 hours per week and based in the United States.

You will build pipelines, manage Greenhouse, schedule interviews, ensure candidate experience, and engage diverse technical communities. Previous sourcing experience and knowledge of Greenhouse are preferred; startup-friendly environment a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years (or equivalent) technical sourcing in high-volume environments.
• Knowledge of coding languages, frameworks and general technical tools.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

We're looking for a Contract Technical Recruiter to support our Recruiting and Hiring team with driving growth on our Engineering and Product teams. This is a contract role (32 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of product‑focused technical talent with recruiting partners to meet company needs and priorities
• Keep Greenhouse, our applicant tracking system (ATS), updated with accurate candidate information
• Schedule interviews through Greenhouse
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the sourcing and initial interview stages
• Foster relationships with diverse technical talent communities
• Facilitate initial recruiter phone screens

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years or equivalent of technical sourcing experience in a high‑volume environment (via search firm or in‑house recruiting environment)
• Knowledge of coding languages, frameworks, and general technical tools
• Ability to contribute in a fast‑paced work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Greenhouse
• Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and other technical forums

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a start‑up or fast paced environment

Target Pay

$40-$50/hour
