Job summary

CALIBRE Systems, Inc. is seeking a Contract Installation Manager (CIM) to support the Army Transition Assistance Program at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA.

The CIM oversees TAP operations, supervises staff, ensures quality service, and coordinates with Government personnel and community stakeholders to support Soldier transitions. This full-time role requires strong leadership, customer service excellence, and the ability to manage schedules, training, and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 2 years of Army TAP experience in career counseling, transition assistance, workforce development, or related field.
• Experience coordinating schedules, personnel, stakeholder activities, and customer-facing operations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Government suitability, CAC, and system access.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily TAP Center operations, including staffing coverage, scheduling, facilities coordination, customer flow, and service delivery activities.
• Serve as the principal contractor point of contact for the Installation TAP Manager, Government personnel, command representatives, and local stakeholders.
• Coordinate workshops, individual counseling sessions, financial counseling services, Capstone activities, hiring events, and other transition support services.
• Ensure services are delivered in accordance with curriculum, Army policies, performance standards, and class-size requirements.
