The Bronx-based Charter School is seeking a Recruitment Sourcer for a 3-month temporary assignment. You will identify, engage, and build pipelines of qualified candidates to support the organization’s hiring needs, working closely with the talent team and hiring managers to proactively source talent.

Responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, using LinkedIn, Indeed and other platforms, performing candidate outreach and initial screenings, maintaining ATS records, and tracking

Competenze

• College degree required.
• Minimum two years of admin, HR, sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition experience.
• Proficiency with ATS (Paycor, ADP, and UKG, etc.)
• Ability to work well independently and in teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to navigate through complex and challenging situations.
• Relationship building skills and the willingness to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills; the ability to manage several projects simultaneously and prioritize among them.

• Conduct candidate searches using ATS, job board resume databases, and additional platforms.
• Perform candidate outreach and engagement activities.
• Review resumes and conduct initial screenings.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for talent team.
• Maintain accurate ATS records.
• Participate in recruitment events.
• Track sourcing metrics and prepare reports.
