Kinder's is experiencing tremendous growth and is hiring across nearly every function of the business. We are seeking an experienced Contract Sourcer to accelerate hiring by identifying and engaging exceptional talent.

This role will partner closely with our Talent Strategy team to build robust talent pipelines, conduct market research, and uncover passive candidates who may not be actively looking, but are exactly who we need.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably within high-growth consumer products, manufacturing, food & beverage, retail, technology, or related industries.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates across multiple business functions and levels.
• Expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, and modern sourcing techniques.
• Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse.
• Strong internet research skills and ability to uncover talent beyond traditional databases.
• Excellent written communication and candidate outreach.

Responsabilidades

• Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify passive talent across corporate, commercial, manufacturing, supply chain, operations, finance, and executive functions.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, referrals, networking, industry associations, and other sourcing channels.
• Create long-term talent communities that support both current hiring priorities and future business growth.
• Continuously explore new sourcing techniques, AI-powered recruiting tools, and innovative methods to identify top talent before competitors do.
• Partner with Talent Strategy Partners to understand business priorities, hiring profiles, and search strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate information, sourcing activity, and pipeline data within Greenhouse.
• Collaborate on recruiting initiatives, events, branding projects, and process improvements.
