Job summary

Fragment is hiring a recruiting operations coordinator to run the machinery behind every hire. You’ll schedule across founders, interviewers, and candidates in different time zones, handle onsite logistics, Debrief coordination, and keep our ATS accurate so data is trustworthy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting coordination or operations experience at a high growth company with high volume of interviews and strong candidate experience.
• Zero-defect scheduling with names spelled correctly and accurate time zones.
• Excellent writing and fast response times; candidates and interviewers hear from you the same day.
• Calm under volume; manage multiple moving loops and fix issues in the right order.
• Deep fluency in at least one modern ATS and related scheduling tooling.
• Discretion handling offer details, compensation and candidate information.
• Maintain exceptionally high personal standards and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews and handle reschedules while providing a white-glove candidate experience.
• Own candidate communication through the process: confirmations, prep materials, logistics, and fast, warm answers when something changes.
• Keep the ATS clean: every candidate in the right stage, every interview logged, every disposition recorded.
• Continuously improve how we hire: identify friction and ship fixes within the same week.
