Fragment is hiring a recruiting operations coordinator to run the machinery behind every hire. You’ll schedule across founders, interviewers, and candidates in different time zones, handle onsite logistics, Debrief coordination, and keep our ATS accurate so data is trustworthy.
Candidate experience is a competitive edge for us; you’ll ensure timely replies, stable schedules, and a warm, professional touch from first contact through end-to-process.
Fragment is the AI platform that autonomously streamlines procurement workflows end to end. Within a few months of launch, we signed Fortune 500 companies. Within a year of founding, our customers, all $1B+ revenue enterprises, continue to grow in number and are actively championing us to their networks, and our marketing and CAC to get here has been $0.
This traction is why hiring is now the constraint on everything else.
We work from our San Francisco office five days a week. Being in the room together is how we move blazingly fast at \"Fragment Pace\". You'll work with a team of passionate builders, sharp operators, and most importantly kind, thoughtful humans who are here to reimagine the systems underlying the movement of physical goods and build a generational company.
You'll run the machinery behind every hire at Fragment. Our recruiters own the searches; you own the process behind the scenes: scheduling across founders, interviewers, and candidates in different time zones, onsite logistics, debrief coordination, and keeping our ATS accurate enough that we trust the data in it.
Candidate experience is a competitive advantage for us. Candidates notice when things just work: a reply within the hour, a schedule that doesn't shift, someone who knows their name when they walk in. We want every candidate to walk away thinking that was the most world-class process they've been through, whether or not we made them an offer.
This is a short-term, full-time contract role, up to 40 hours per week, based in our San Francisco office. The exact length of the contract is still being determined, and it is not set up to convert to a full-time employee role. Compensation is $100-160 per hour depending on experience.
