Talent Intelligence Operations and Insights Manager (Contingent Assignment)


About the Job.


As the Talent Intelligence Operations and Insights Manager within our Global Talent Intelligence Enablement & Enterprise Engagement team, you'll play a central role in empowering our team through seamless operations, smart data practices, and meaningful insights.


This role sits at the intersection of data, operations, and strategy-supporting our Talent Strategy Advisor team and broader Enterprise Marketing initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with Country Marketing teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects, reliable reporting systems, and actionable insights that help shape strategic decisions.


We're looking for someone who thrives in a data-driven, fast-paced environment, is comfortable managing tools and infrastructure, and enjoys translating complexity into clarity.


Responsibilities.


Operational Support



  • Run day-to-day operations for the Talent Intelligence team

  • Manage tools and systems for Talent Strategy Advisors

  • Improve workflows and support resource planning

    Reporting & Data Insights



  • Build regular and ad-hoc reports using IQL (Insight Query Language), Excel, and Tableau

  • Ensure data integrity across CRM and internal systems

  • Analyze data to identify trends and deliver actionable insights

    Project Coordination



  • Drive cross-functional projects with Country Marketing and enterprise teams

  • Manage project plans

  • Support and Drive internal reporting

    Infrastructure & Strategic Input



  • Maintain and improve reporting infrastructure

  • Coordinate distribution of marketing and enablement materials

  • Contribute data-driven recommendations to Enterprise Marketing strategy


Requirements.



  • Proven experience in operations, reporting, and project coordination

  • Strong data analysis skills using Excel, Tableau, and preferably IQL or similar query languages

  • Ability to create clear, actionable reports and visualizations to support strategic decisions

  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, ensuring data quality and integrity

  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including complex formulas and automation

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset

  • Exceptional experience within Python
