Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in a corporate, high-volume environment.
• Ability to work onsite five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define workforce needs and recruiting strategies.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding.
• Develop innovative sourcing via job boards, social media, referrals, direct outreach.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines.
• Assess candidates for qualifications and fit.
• Provide market insights and guidance to hiring managers.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders and deliver consultative recruitment.
• Ensure compliance with policies and employment laws.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS.
