Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring Linux (RedHat) and Windows servers.
• 5+ years desktop/laptop/server hardware experience.
• 5+ years Active Directory administration.
• 5+ years virtualization/VMware.
• 5+ years backup and recovery.
• 5+ years help desk support.
• 5+ years customer service.
• 2+ years cybersecurity (highly desired).
• 3+ years hands-on networking equipment.
• 2+ years Video Management Systems (VMS).
• Microsoft certifications/related certifications a plus.
• Audio-Video support a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Tier 1–3 support requests.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and customers of varying technical levels.
• Respond to break/fix requests for end user resources.
• Configure and deploy Linux(REDHAT) and Windows servers.
• Configure and deploy desktop/laptop equipment and peripherals.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and inventory.
• Monitor system resources and server health.
• Resolve connection issues between users and resources.
• Maintain detailed change history of changes.
• Support cybersecurity controls and defenses.
• Support threat hunting and mitigation.
• Manage time and resources effectively.
