Qualifications

• Underwriting experience on large contract surety and market-facing roles preferred.
• Experience leading complex assignments with autonomy and confidence.
• Strong knowledge of underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to build and maintain strategic broker relationships.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and analyze new and renewal business for large contract surety.
• Travel approximately 20% across the West region.
• Develop and maintain broker/agency relationships to grow portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements.
