Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. in Atlanta seeks an Underwriting Specialist or Executive Underwriter – Contract Surety to join our Hybrid Atlanta office. This role requires travel about 25% and carries strong growth prospects within our Surety team.

You will underwrite and analyze existing accounts, pursue new Surety business, and work under Zurich's underwriting framework with delegated authority on complex assignments, delivering superior service to external clients and brokers.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in insurance or business.
• Experience in Surety underwriting or market facing roles.
• Strong knowledge of underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Production and underwriting of new Surety accounts and existing business.
• Internal marketing and cross-sell support within Zurich North America.
• Execution of the external marketing strategy.
• Develop and maintain agency and broker relationships.
• Operate within delegated authorities on varying levels of complexity.
