Qualifications

The Opportunity

Our team in Austin, TX (or Alpharetta, GA) is seeking a Contract Strategy & Business Engagement Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Spearhead the development, execution, and optimization of contract pricing strategies for all Cardiovascular contracting businesses, including planning, deployment, and risk mitigation.
  2. Collaborate with business units to develop channel strategies, financial models, and legal risk assessments.
  3. Develop and refine channel strategies, educate stakeholders, and ensure legal and compliance standards are met.
  4. Assess the feasibility of contracting strategies within existing processes and resources.
  5. Establish governance frameworks to ensure adherence to pricing policies and obligations.
  6. Manage communication of pricing strategies to senior leadership, including preparing materials and hosting meetings.
  7. Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive continuous enhancements.
  8. Ensure compliance with Medicaid, Medicare, and other regulations, providing guidance on legislative changes.
  9. Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to communicate strategies and insights effectively.
  10. Develop annual pricing guidelines aligned with strategic objectives.
  11. Conduct in-depth pricing analyses considering costs, market conditions, and regulations.
  12. Participate in industry conferences and customer meetings to stay informed of market trends.
  13. Support additional organizational goals as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Contracting, Pricing, or Government Pricing.
  • Strong financial analytical skills and experience with revenue management systems (e.g., Model N, Revitas).
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with management levels.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and legal frameworks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and adapt to change.
