Staff Management | SMX is seeking a Staffing Specialist in Tulsa, OK. You will support the Territory Manager, recruit applicants, guide them through the employment process, and match candidates to open positions, while handling client relations and payroll for temporary staff.

The role offers weekly pay, benefits, and diverse responsibilities across operations, recruitment, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service and/or sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Occasional local travel and valid driver's license.

Mansioni

• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain relationships with customers and associates.
• Navigate ATS and staffing app JobStack.
• Enter inbound orders from customers into our system.
• Proactively recruit new applicants and match them with open positions.
• Process payroll for our temporary workers in a timely manner.
• Promote a culture of safety and compliance.
