Job summary

Staff Management | SMX is seeking a Staffing Specialist to support the Territory Manager in a fast-paced environment. You will assist with recruiting applicants, guiding them through the employment process, matching qualified candidates to open positions, setting appointments, and meeting with customers to generate sales.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, the ability to navigate ATS and JobStack, and comfortable with multi-tasking.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple operating systems including ATS and JobStack.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain relationships with customers and associates.
• Navigate ATS and JobStack to manage orders and recruit applicants.
• Enter inbound orders from customers into our system.
• Proactively recruit new applicants and match them with open positions.
• Process payroll for temporary workers.
• Promote safety and compliance in daily operations.
• Communicate effectively with management and staff.
• Meet deadlines and multi-task under pressure.
