Under the direction of Gallo Mechanical’s Executive Team, the Contract Specialist / Paralegal is responsible for preparing, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing standard contracts while overseeing all aspects of contract administration and compliance.
This role requires a deep understanding of construction-related contracts, including master service agreements, subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders—and the ability to identify and mitigate potential risk. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and familiar with construction law, particularly in the mechanical/HVAC industry.
Independent and resourceful, the Contract Specialist / Paralegal should be a self-starter who thrives both independently and as part of a collaborative team. They will take ownership of the contract lifecycle and drive efficiency, accuracy, and accountability across departments.
