What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a large volume of agreements including subawards, confidentiality agreements, and clinical trial agreements
- Draft and negotiate terms for various agreements in collaboration with Agreement Associates and Team Managers
- Maintain electronic records of contract actions and statuses in compliance with policies
- Communicate with sponsors, principal investigators, and department administrators throughout the contract lifecycle
- Assist in resolving issues related to agreements, including budgeting and compliance reporting

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in contracting, research administration, legal assisting/paralegal, or clinical research coordinator role
- Ability to thrive in a busy, high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in law school or law school internships may substitute for some experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in customer service within a research or healthcare setting
