Position Summary
- Maintain SAP (contract bolt‑on), ensuring correct pricing for customers and supporting the internal sales division.
- Investigate, interpret, analyze, and audit customer’s contract pricing, interacting with various departments (Legal, Sales, Bids, Sales Analysis, Marketing, Finance, Customer Support, Customer File), auditors, and distributor partners. Respond to inquiries concerning pricing, contract language/terms, GPO affiliation, billing plans, hierarchy, and contract documents.
- Process contract amendments, escalations, chargebacks, capital equipment, credits, customs, EAP pricing (Electronic Approval Process), tier activations, and compliance.
Expertise: Knowledge & Skills
- Working knowledge of the technical field/area of specialization; application of principles, theories, and concepts following established procedures and guidelines.
- Will work under direct supervision and from detailed verbal and/or written instructions.
- Some limited judgement may be required to resolve problems.
- Primary contacts will be department supervisors, leads, subordinates, and peers; occasional contact with external contractors/vendors.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or technical degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 02–04 years related experience required.
- Regular and predictable on‑site attendance.
- Ability to work a non‑standard schedule as needed.
Base pay: $22.00–$26.00 hourly.
