Massport seeks a Manager, Contract Services to lead multi-million-dollar contracted operations at BOS. You will manage vendor partnerships, ensure service delivery, and drive financial stewardship in a 24/7 environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Management or Engineering with 5–7 years in contracted services, plus knowledge of environmental regulations and standard office software.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Management or Engineering or equivalent professional work experience.
• 5–7 years managing contracted services within large physical plant or airport environment.
• Working knowledge of state and federal environmental regulations.
• Working knowledge of word processing, database and spreadsheet programs.

Mansioni

• Provide strategic oversight of multi-million-dollar contracted services that support airport operations, ensuring vendor partnerships, service delivery, financial stewardship, and compliance.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, union personnel, tenants, regulatory agencies, and internal stakeholders.
• Drive operational excellence through technology, asset management strategies, and data-driven decision making.
• Lead critical operational readiness efforts including environmental response, emergency communications, and weather-related operations to ensure safe, reliable airport facilities.
