Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of related management experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems efficiently and promote high-quality work standards.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret business periodicals, technical procedures, and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Staff Management: supervise a team including cleaners, leads, and supervisors; manage staffing levels and hiring paperwork.
• Training: oversee onboarding, recurrent training, and record-keeping; ensure safety responsibilities are understood.
• Performance Management: conduct annual evaluations and address performance.
• Communication: maintain clear communication with Directors, Station Management, Client Management and Corporate Staff.
• Operational Oversight: monitor productivity, ensure compliance, manage schedules and records.
• Budget Management: adhere to location budgets and use financial reports.
