Job summary

This is a career-track role with a commitment of 1 year or more, focusing on planning, directing, and enhancing maintenance of Baggage Handling Systems and Passenger Boarding Bridges to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily activities for 3+ technicians, budgeting, safety compliance, training, and performance

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent field experience; English fluency required.
• 3 years’ experience in maintenance leadership and in mentoring employees.
• Ability to read and understand electrical/hydraulic schematics and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day maintenance for 3+ employees ensuring safe, efficient operations.
• Schedule and supervise mechanics in BHS, PBB and related areas.
• Coordinate with airport staff to minimize downtime and coordinate preventive maintenance.
• Oversee training, safety and quality programs; manage performance evaluations.
