Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of experience performing or inspecting contractual services.
• Working knowledge of personal computers using Microsoft EXCEL, WORD, and OUTLOOK to prepare reports required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, monitor, and review work completed by outside contractors to ensure compliance with contract and MARTA performance standards.
• Evaluate contractors' performance and calculate deductions from the contractor's fee for poor or no performance. Processes pay applications for approval with proper documentation.
• Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly inspection reports on contractor performance for review by the Parking Facilities Analyst. Identifies current or potential problems with contractors and notifies management.
• Maintains up-to-date records on contractor performance and notifies contractors in writing.
• Assists in developing various contract specifications and outlines the scope of work.
• Provides site-specific details and conducts site tours.
• Attends pre-bid conferences.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Mathematical Skills
