Job summary

SunPlus Data Group in Houston, TX is looking for a Certified ServiceNow Consultant/Developer to design, develop, test, configure and support the ServiceNow platform for ITSM, ITAM and SPM. You will work with an implementation vendor and mentor engineers to grow internal talent.

The role requires 5+ years in a large ServiceNow environment, ITIL proficiency, and strong documentation skills. The project runs 12 months with possible extension; onsite presence 3–4 times a month is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree with ITIL hands-on experience.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow across ITSM/ITAM/SPM.
• Strong communication and ability to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, configure and implement ServiceNow solutions.
• Integrate third-party/cloud solutions and provide knowledge transfer.
• Mentor Software Engineers and ensure ongoing platform health.
• Create forms, workflows, automation and self-service features.
• Support incident, change, asset and project management processes.
