Job summary

KNAPP, based in the United States, is seeking a Team Lead CS Project Management to lead and develop a team of Customer Service Project Managers, ensuring delivery of a portfolio of customer-facing projects. You will combine people leadership, portfolio oversight, and advanced project management to meet KNAPP standards for quality, safety, cost, and schedule, with travel up to 50%.

This role interfaces with customers and cross-functional teams, driving continuous improvement and escalation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of project or program management in warehouse automation or intralogistics.
• Proven success leading multi-disciplinary, customer-facing projects.
• Demonstrated leadership and executive-level presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Customer Service Project Managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Oversee a portfolio of CS projects, ensuring quality, safety, cost, and schedule.
• Coordinate with Software, Controls, IT, Operations, and Safety teams.
• Manage risks, escalations, and stakeholder communications.
