Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for proprietary applications, infrastructure, desktops, mobile devices, and standard business systems.
• Troubleshoot application, hardware, software, computer, and mobile technology issues through phone, email, chat, and ticketing channels.
• Open, update, elevate, resolve, and close support tickets in accordance with internal Service Level Agreement requirements.
• Analyze user needs, ask effective probing questions, identify root causes, and deliver complete solutions whenever possible.
• Maintain accurate documentation for support issues, troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and escalations.
• Participate in Business Acceptance Testing and User Acceptance Testing to better understand new system developments and enhancements.
