Job summary

F5 is seeking an experienced Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist on a contract basis to lead full-cycle recruiting exclusively focused on Technical Sales talent.

You will partner with Sales and GTM leaders to build robust pipelines for Solutions Engineers, Account Executives, Account Managers, and Business Development Representatives, and help us secure top technical sales talent in highly competitive markets.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in technical sales.
• Proven track record sourcing and closing high-caliber Technical Sales professionals.
• Deep understanding of Technical Sales roles and career paths.
• Experience with ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and sourcing tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Technical Sales roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies to engage passive talent.
• Collaborate with Sales and GTM leaders to define role requirements.
• Provide market insights on compensation and trends.
• Conduct behavioral and competency interviews.
• Negotiate offers and manage candidate experience.
• Maintain ATS documentation and deliver pipeline reports.
