Job summary

F5 Networks, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist on a contract basis to lead full-cycle recruitment exclusively for Technical Sales roles.

You will partner with Sales and GTM leaders to build robust pipelines and secure top talent in competitive markets. The role requires 5–10 years of recruiting experience, strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search), and deep knowledge of ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on Technical Sales (SaaS, Cloud, Hardware or similar tech environments).
• Proven ability to source and close high-caliber Technical Sales talent across levels/specializations.
• Strong knowledge of ATS platforms and recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Technical Sales roles including Solutions Engineers, Account Executives, Account Managers, and Business Development Representatives.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and industry communities.
• Partner with Sales and GTM hiring managers to understand role requirements, territory needs, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Provide guidance on market trends, compensation benchmarking, and competitive intelligence.
• Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews assessing technical aptitude, sales acumen, and cultural fit.
• Negotiate offers and ensure a superior candidate experience through onboarding.
• Improve recruiting processes and share best practices across the Talent Acquisition team.
• Maintain ATS documentation and deliver pipeline reporting and hiring metrics.
