Job summary

F5 Networks, Inc. in Seattle is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist on a contract basis to lead full-cycle recruitment exclusively for Technical Sales talent.

You will partner with Sales and GTM leaders to build pipelines and secure top talent across Solutions Engineers, Account Executives, Account Managers, and BDRs. You will design creative sourcing strategies, benchmark compensation, and provide market insights while guiding candidates through interviews, offers, and onboarding.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with strong focus on Technical Sales hiring.
• Proven track record sourcing and closing high-caliber Technical Sales professionals across levels.
• Deep understanding of Technical Sales roles, career paths, and what motivates top sales talent.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday or similar).
• Data-driven mindset with emphasis on pipeline metrics, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance rates.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Technical Sales roles (Solutions Engineers, Account Executives, Account Managers, BDRs).
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies to engage passive talent via LinkedIn, outreach, referrals, and industry communities.
• Partner with Sales and GTM hiring managers to capture role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Provide guidance on market trends, compensation benchmarking, and competitive intelligence.
• Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews; negotiate offers and ensure an optimal candidate experience.
• Improve recruiting processes and contribute best practices to the TA team; maintain ATS docs and pipeline metrics.
