Job summary

F5 Networks, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist on a contract basis to lead full-cycle recruitment focused solely on Technical Sales talent.

You will partner with Sales and GTM hiring managers to build pipelines of high-performing sales professionals in competitive markets and own end-to-end recruiting across multiple roles. The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of experience in technical sales recruiting within SaaS, cloud, or hardware environments, and is proficient with sourcing

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with focus on Technical Sales (SaaS/Cloud/Hardware)
• Proven track record sourcing and closing high-caliber Technical Sales professionals across levels
• Deep understanding of Technical Sales roles, career paths, and motivators for top talent
• Strong proficiency with sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationships with candidates and Sales leadership
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse/Lever/Workday)
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions with aggressive timelines
• Data-driven mindset focusing on pipeline metrics and time-to-fill

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Technical Sales roles (Solutions Engineers, Account Executives, Account Managers, BDRs)
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies to engage passive Technical Sales talent
• Partner with Sales and GTM hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
• Provide market insights on compensation and competitive intelligence
• Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews to assess fit
• Negotiate offers and ensure a strong candidate experience from first touch to onboarding
• Improve recruiting processes and share best practices across TA team
• Maintain ATS documentation and deliver pipeline reporting to stakeholders
