Sinch is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner III to lead full-cycle recruiting for complex, high-impact roles. This remote opportunity prioritizes candidates located in the Atlanta area and collaborates closely with Business HR, Compensation, and TA peers to ensure fair, data-driven decisions across all hiring stages.

You will shape talent pipelines for Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and other Go-to-Market functions while upholding Sinch values of trust, transparency, and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Go-to-Market roles.
• Ability to manage complex, high-impact requisitions with high-volume hiring.
• Experience recruiting globally in technical or commercial environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruiting for complex roles with a focus on quality and candidate experience.
• Develop sourcing strategies aligned to business needs and talent markets.
• Partner with hiring managers on structured interviews and decision-making.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, Compensation, and TA peers on leveling and processes.
• Use recruiting data to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
• Advocate for inclusive hiring practices and equitable candidate experiences.
