Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting.

• Experience partnering with hiring managers to fill hard-to-fill roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, candidate selection, and onboarding.
• Develop creative and targeted sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates for challenging roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, clarify expectations, and deliver candidates who align with role requirements and business objectives.
• Apply effective screening and assessment techniques to evaluate candidate qualifications, suitability, and overall fit.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders, communicate clearly, and influence hiring decisions to support recruitment goals.
