Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a Contract Senior Compensation Consultant in Atlanta, GA, to lead enterprise-wide compensation programs, market analysis, and post-merger alignment. CCP preferred; experience with Ceridian Dayforce and compensation tech is valuable.

The role will drive salary structures, grading, and incentive design while ensuring consistency across mergers and acquisitions. Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support participation in compensation surveys to collect and analyze market data.
• Develop and maintain compensation data tools and platforms for internal pay decisions.
• Collaborate with HR leadership on salary structures, job levels, pay grades, and processes.
• Support compensation analysis and wage recommendations for local plant populations.
• Assist with design and administration of annual incentive and MIP programs.
• Partner with leaders to standardize sales incentive plans across teams.
• Coordinate global merit planning, budgeting, and annual cycle activities.
• Support job architecture initiatives, including leveling positions and standard structures.
• Contribute to post-merger integration efforts to harmonize job architecture and compensation programs.
• Use HRIS and compensation tech to maintain data integrity and improve processes.
• Contribute to reporting, analysis, and other strategic compensation projects.
