Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, analytics, dashboard development, or data engineering.
• Advanced SQL development experience with large datasets.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Experience designing dimensional data models (star/snowflake).
• Experience with data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Power BI/Tableau.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions.
• Develop and optimize data models, semantic layers, and reporting datasets for enterprise reporting.
• Write complex SQL queries to analyze, validate, and transform large datasets.
• Build and support ETL/ELT processes and data integration workflows.
• Create executive dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting packages.
• Implement data quality controls and governance for reporting accuracy.
• Investigate reporting issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Support user acceptance testing, deployment, and production support.
• Document reporting solutions and technical specifications.
