Job summary

Tuck Software Group is seeking a highly capable developer to accelerate the AI-native presales platform. You will contribute to production systems, building tools powering RAG-based agent workflows and integrating AI pipelines with enterprise data sources.

The role requires hands-on experience with LLMs, Python in AI/ML contexts, and Vue3 or similar JavaScript libraries. You will work closely with a small, technical team and collaborate to hit sprint milestones in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building AI pipelines or retrieval-based systems.
• Experience with large language models and agent-based workflows.
• Strong Python experience within AI/ML ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Build and extend tools that power RAG-based agent workflows.
• Develop integrations between AI pipelines and structured data sources.
• Work within LangGraph / LangChain-style architectures (or similar patterns).
• Collaborate with engineering leads to deliver against sprint milestones.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to increase velocity on repeatable tasks.
