Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a contract Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026/2027 school year in AR near Little Rock. This full-time role collaborates with educational teams to support students' academic and social success, applying clinical expertise and creativity daily.

You will assess students, develop IEPs, implement evidence-based interventions, and participate in IEP meetings while maintaining records and communicating with families and staff.

Qualifications

• Active Arkansas Speech Language Pathologist license required.
• CCC-SLP certification required.
• Experience in school-based settings preferred.
• Proficient in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Excellent collaboration and communication with students, families, and staff.
• Ability to craft and implement IEPs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and screenings for speech and language difficulties.
• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language pathology services in accordance with IEPs.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goals.
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation.
• Provide support, education, and resources to families and classroom teachers.
• Engage in ongoing professional growth and training opportunities.
