Job summary

Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support students' communication development within a Fayetteville-area school. This contract position offers collaboration with educators and opportunities to expand your professional network while serving various age groups.

You will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and deliver therapy in a school setting, working with teachers, counselors, and parents to promote student success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
• CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows considered.
• Experience in school or pediatric settings is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with students, families, and other professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and implement interventions.
• Deliver therapy services to students individually and in small groups.
• Monitor and document student progress; adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and parents to support student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning.
• Maintain appropriate records in compliance with district and legal requirements.
