Soliant in Arkansas is seeking a contract Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026/2027 school year. This full-time role works with educational teams to support students’ academic and social success using clinical expertise and creativity.

Qualifications

Job description

Make a difference in students’ lives as a contract Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026/2027 school year in a vibrant Arkansas community near Little Rock. Working full time, you’ll collaborate with educational teams to help students succeed academically and socially, using your clinical expertise and creativity every day.

Your day-to-day experience will involve meaningful interactions as you assess students, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions. This setting values dynamic communication and an eagerness to foster growth in learners from diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications And Preferred Experience
  • Active Arkansas Speech Language Pathologist license required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience working in school-based settings is highly valued
  • Proficiency in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a range of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with students, families, and staff
  • Ability to craft and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
