Job summary

Soliant in Arkansas is seeking a contract Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026/2027 school year. This full-time role works with educational teams to support students’ academic and social success using clinical expertise and creativity.

You will assess students, develop IEPs, implement evidence-based interventions, and collaborate with families and staff in an environment that values growth across diverse learners.

Qualifications

• Active Arkansas SLP license required.
• CCC-SLP certification required.
• Experience in school settings is highly valued.
• Proficiency in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Excellent collaboration and communication with students, families, and staff.
• Ability to craft and implement IEPs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and screenings for speech and language difficulties.
• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language pathology services in accordance with IEPs.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goals.
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation.
• Provide support, education, and resources to families and teachers.
• Engage in ongoing professional growth and training.
