Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA CCC.
• Experience as an SLP in school settings.
• Knowledge of IEP development, student progress monitoring, and compliance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with students, families, and teams.
• Adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and diagnose speech and language disorders in K-12 students.
• Design and deliver individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and parents to support student growth and success.
• Provide direct therapy services, both individual and group, aligned with each student's goals.
• Maintain timely documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed.
